Compact Heat Sealing Machine
The EHM-200 is our most compact and cost-effective heat sealing machine - but that doesn’t mean it compromises on performance. With its easy-seal operation and precise profile cutting for a clean, retail-ready finish, it delivers a seal as impressive as our automatic models. A range of smaller pots and trays is available, making it an excellent choice for delis and hot food takeaway operations.
Full-Size Heat Sealing Machine
Designed to accommodate a wider range of tray sizes, this machine offers exceptional flexibility. Tooling can be quickly removed and replaced, allowing for near-limitless tray combinations. It’s ideally suited for sealing fresh meats, fish, and ready meals - many of which are compatible with conventional oven heating for added convenience.
Sandwich Heat Sealing Machine
Purpose-built for sandwich packaging, this machine can seal up to 500 sandwich packs per hour. Used with our specially designed cardboard sandwich packs, it ensures a minimum shelf life of 3 days. The packs can also be fully printed with your branding or company message, making them ideal for retail presentation.
Large Tray Sealing Machine
Engineered to seal 325mm x 265mm trays - commonly referred to as half-gastronorm - this machine handles a wide range of tray materials including foil, compostable, and CPET. These trays are suitable for freezing, microwaving, or oven heating, making this an ideal solution for microwave or oven-ready products.
